Our account rules, purchase contract and privacy notices are separate so you can see exactly what applies before you enquire, activate an account, share sensitive trip information or pay for a journey.
These documents are prepared for business configuration and licensed-lawyer review. Account acceptance and live payment must remain disabled until the legal operator, postal address, market licences, insurance and jurisdiction-specific riders are completed.
One relationship, four focused documents.
The account terms govern the private journey space. The booking terms apply only to a specific purchase. The general privacy policy explains data handling throughout, while the health-data policy is shown again before any covered accessibility or health information is requested. Your accepted quote, itinerary and cancellation schedule remain part of the booking contract.
