THE JOURNEY

Walk through Beijing’s palace courtyards, meet Xi’an’s clay soldiers and follow Shanghai’s riverfront before travelling south to the Li River and Hong Kong. This twelve-day route is a starting point for a journey shaped around you.

China reveals itself at different scales along this route: in the details of a palace courtyard, the garden rooms of Shanghai and the limestone hills beside the Li River. In Hong Kong, a view from the Peak gives way to market lanes and life along the harbour. An open afternoon leaves you time to explore for yourself. We connect the cities through private planning and tailor the details to your interests.
