Warm, patient and easy to talk to, Lucy helps guests settle in and enjoy China at a comfortable pace.
Lucy has spent eight years welcoming international travellers to China, including large groups from Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. She knows how to bring the practical details of a trip together while making time for the people on it. Her explanations are clear and easy to follow, and she understands that guests from different cultures may have very different expectations. Attentive and calm when plans change, she is equally comfortable leading sightseeing holidays, study trips, business visits and carefully tailored private journeys.
